RETURNS POLICY 

Tam's treats and sweets strive to ensure each and every customer receives the best level of service and are always happy to repeatedly indulge in the new treats we have to offer. Please note that due to the perishable nature of the business we are not always able to allow for returns, however if there is a reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order please do follow the following steps and we will ensure this issue is resolved as quickly and satisfactory as possible for yourself. 

OUR POLICY 

Tam's Treats And Sweets should be notified by email at info@tamstreatsandsweets.com within 48 hours of order arriving if unsatisfactory. Please provide your order number, full name and delivery address. If a return is agreed, please return all items required in the condition they arrived to yourself within 7 days to the address that will be provided. 

Tam's treats and sweets can only accept goods for return for refund/exchange if supplied by us and only the refund costs of fair return and postage and original goods price.
